How long will my order take to get to me?

- Each item is hand-made to order, so please allow 5-10 business days to create the item. It usually takes 1-3 business days to ship via USPS or UPS. Any delays occurred by the carrier is out of our hands and we are not responsible for delays caused but the shipping carrier. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please reach out via email (shopbookbesties@gmail.com) with your name and order number in the subject line. DO NOT DM ON INSTAGRAM ABOUT ORDERS.

 

Do you offer returns?

- Because each item is hand-made and crafted with love and care, returns are not available at this time. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out via email!
